How it Works
Apply → We choose 9 schools → 72‑hour transformation
The Mission
Each episode, 3 martial arts schools on the brink of collapse are chosen.
Each is paired with a RISE elite coach.
The challenge?
72 hours
$300 cash
One phone + one laptop
2 remote HQ advisors
A vehicle (provided)
Food, lodging, and all rescue costs must come out of the $300.
No teams. No extras. No excuses.
Their goal:
Triple the school’s revenue, rebuild its systems, and reignite its community.
If they succeed — they leave a legacy. If they fail — they may destroy the future of martial arts in that community.
And at the end of each episode…
👉 Only one coach and one school win.
The Rules
TIME LIMIT
• Coaches have 72 hours from arrival to complete their rescue
• Day 1 @ 9:00 AM → Day 3 @ 9:00 PM
• All metrics are measured within this time window
BUDGET & LIMITATIONS
• Coaches are given $300 cash to use for:
• Ads
• Materials
• Community outreach
• Food
• Lodging
• No access to outside money or favors
• No pre-contact with school or community
• No team brought with them — coaches work alone, with virtual access to HQ mentors
TOOLS ALLOWED
• 1 mobile phone
• 1 laptop
• Vehicle provided
• 2 Rise HQ remote advisors (via phone/text/Zoom)
• Access to:
• CRM system
• Templates and digital tools
• Canva, Stripe, and basic marketing assets
STRICTLY PROHIBITED
• No pre-loaded funnels or ad campaigns
• No external help or assistant
• No donations or GoFundMe
• No personal network support
• No “buying” results through outside cash or influence
• No scheduling help beyond what is already at the school
Winning Metrics
For the School (measured within 72 hours & tracked at 30 days):
• Revenue Growth (Goal: 3x revenue vs. prior 7 days)
• Trial Conversions (How many trials signed during the rescue)
• System Improvements (Class structure, CRM, check-in, lead flow)
• Team Performance (Staff evaluations + morale)
• Community Buzz (Social media activity, check-ins, press)
• Retention (30-day retention of new members)

FAILURE CLAUSE
If a coach fails to significantly improve the school’s key metrics…
If the school refuses implementation or regresses…
They may be cut from future coaching eligibility, school recognition, and the Dojo Rescue network.
